  1. The diversity in methods of moving on is evidenced in any children affected by the choice. Done well, the transition, though difficult, can be eased. Alas, I witness daily the fallout from acrimonious breaks. Though, to be honest, those who choose to stay together, ‘for the sake of the children’, can do equal damage. To be even more honest, I’ve seen the two sides, and the range between, among my own extended family and a world of difference in the impact depending on how the couples choose to act.
    A fine poem, Paul, that raises, for me, so many thoughts on the subject of choice and relationships.
