  1. Fairly took me back in time to the days I went to a church not just to enjoy the architecture. Notwithstanding, respect for you good souls who maintain the ritual of the good. In point of fact I wish there were more genuine believers ready to stand up and be counted…this world would be a better place with those of us who have found compassion any which way in the ascendancy.

  2. The larger ‘I’ became in my view of God and the world, the smaller God and others became and the more I rationalized my own flaws as incidental and the flaws of God and others as mortal flaws. At that time the Church became irrelevant in the light of ‘my’ relevance . . . Psychology replaced Theology as the national religion de facto . . .
